"You become what you think about.” - Earl Nightingale

Do you think you can change your life and who you are just by changing your thoughts?

When he was in the 4th grade, an NBA Champion said to himself, “I AM going to the NBA,” and, “Anything you invoke with I AM after it, the power of manifestation and what can happen in the universe comes true.”

The Buddha once said, “The mind is everything. What you think you become.”

Earl Nightingale said the strangest secret is, ”You become what you think about.”

The Bible states, “As a man thinks, so is he.”

Boxing legend Muhammad Ali said, “I AM the greatest. I said that even before I knew I was.”

Author Jon Gordon once told a story about how his wife was going through a period of her life where she was depressed and stuck in the pit until she did a blood test that revealed her genes mirrored those of Olympic athletes. She started going around her house saying, “I AM an Olympic athlete,” and her mood, mindset, and habits changed.

How we think about ourselves can change everything for us and the people around us.

We might not be able to manifest an NBA or Olympic career, but we can change our lives by changing our habits, and we can change our habits by changing how we think about ourselves.

Say, “I AM …” and then follow with who you want to be and what you want to do, then start creating habits that will help you become more of that.
